Full description
Drive north through the countryside to Kulen Mountain. First, visit the Ta Kho Cliff. Next, visit the Buddhist Pagoda, and observe people praying. Wander through the temple and climb up to view the Giant Reclining Buddha statue.
Spend 15 minutes trekking through the village to the waterfall. There, you may want to swim and relax. Move to the River of a Thousand Siva Lingas, spend 30 minutes walking along the riverbank, and view hundreds of Siva Lingas carved into the sandstone riverbed.
Then, take a 1-hour drive to explore the fascinating Beng Mealea temple. With your expert guide, enter the temple from the West Gate, walk through the jungle path to the central temple, and creep around the sanctuary to view the trees overgrown on the towers and galleries. Venture deep into the central and up to the upper terraces of this truly great temple. If time permits, the guide will take you to the ancient quarry.
